Hello, I’m Angel Gold.

I am a friendly and experienced fully qualified practitioner of clinical hypnotherapy, NLP, EMDR, and a registered member of the GHR (the General Hypnotherapy Register); all of which allow me to use the following initials after my name: D.M.H D.Hyp. CPNLP EMDR GQHP.

My journey into hypnotherapy began in 2006, when I had hypnosis to stop smoking. The whole process fascinated me, and it soon became apparent that if I combined this with my passion for helping people and years of experience in the weight loss industry, hypnotherapy could provide me with a truly rewarding occupation …so I decided to become a hypnotherapist myself.

I really love what I do, and I know from personal and professional experience how successfully hypnosis can bring about beneficial changes and achieve positive results – usually relatively quickly.

My approach is friendly, warm and open, and clients often tell me how calm and relaxed they feel during and after their sessions. My enthusiasm and commitment as a hypnotherapist fuels on-going education and training, and my specialist areas are weight management, smoking cessation, and anxiety issues.
