Angel Gold is a fully qualified and experienced clinical hypnotherapist based in Warwick.
She works with people who feel anxious, overwhelmed, stuck, or frustrated, and offers a
calm, comfortable and confidential space where change can begin compassionately.

"I first discovered hypnotherapy through my own experience of overcoming anxiety in my twenties and quitting smoking in my thirties, and I remember being surprised by how natural and effective it felt.

After my daughter was born - over 16 years ago, I found myself reflecting on what I really wanted to do, and I felt drawn to train as a hypnotherapist myself.
Since then, I’ve been supporting clients in Warwick, Leamington Spa, and the surrounding areas for over 15 years, helping people make positive changes in a way that feels right for them.

I truly care about the people I work with. It means a great deal to be able to support someone as they gently overcome challenges, build confidence, and begin to feel more like themselves again. Being part of that journey is something I feel very grateful for."
