Deposit

When you book your appointment, the time will be provisionally reserved until your deposit has been received.* Once payment has been made, your appointment will be confirmed by email.

The remaining balance can be paid at your session (cash or card are accepted), or you are welcome to pay the full session fee in advance if you prefer.

Your deposit will be held on your account and can be applied towards the balance of your final session**.

If an appointment needs to be cancelled by Angel, your deposit will be refunded in full or transferred to a rescheduled appointment.

*A deposit is required to secure your booking, as missed appointments mean the time can no longer be offered to other clients and costs are incurred.

**Deposits are non-refundable but can be applied towards the balance of your final session, or earlier at Angel’s discretion.

Cancellations

Please call as soon as possible if you are unable to attend your appointment.

We kindly ask that at least 24 hours’ notice is given if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This helps us offer the time to other clients.

If less than 24 hours’ notice is provided, the deposit will be retained and the full cost of the treatment may also be charged.

We understand that unexpected situations can arise, so if you have genuine extenuating circumstances, please call and we’ll do our best to help.

Should you be late, the session will be completed at the Angel’s discretion and in the time remaining, as other clients must be considered.

Free Consultation

Most people book their first session after a brief conversation by telephone or email. However, if you would like to discuss your needs in more detail, a free 30-minute telephone consultation is available. This is often arranged shortly before your first session.

The consultation provides an opportunity to talk about you, the background to your issue, and what you would like to achieve. It also allows Angel to explain how hypnotherapy works and gives you the chance to ask any questions you may have.

Consultations can also be arranged online if preferred.
